Most dinosaur toys fit in a hand. This one fits a toddler.

The Little Stompers Triceratops is 73.5 cm long and comes up to about
hip height on a small child. It's moulded in one piece with proper
wrinkled hide, a scalloped bone frill and three cream horns, so from
across the room it reads as a dinosaur standing in your lounge rather
than a plastic toy. That's the whole point. The first time a
three-year-old walks in and finds it there, you'll want your phone
out.


HOW HE RIDES IT

He sits astride the padded saddle with both feet flat on the floor and
pushes himself along, exactly like a balance bike. No pedals, no
motor, no remote. He decides where it goes and how fast, and he can
stop it with his feet.

The wheels sit underneath, half hidden by the legs. You won't see them
when it's standing still, which is why it doesn't look like a toy car.

There's also a braided rope lead clipped under the chin, so when he's
finished riding it he can walk it around the house like a dog. Kids
work this out on their own within about four minutes.
